At The Social Hub, we’re on a mission to create a global community where people connect, stay, work, and play. As our **Head of Brand**, you’ll be the driving force behind how we bring our brand to life—strategically and creatively—across all marketing channels and hub experiences.
**What You’ll Do**:
As Head of Brand, you’ll lead our Brand team and agency partners to craft compelling campaigns, collaborations, and branded experiences that resonate with our audiences. You’ll combine creativity with data-driven insights to shape key brand moments, ensuring every touchpoint—online and offline—feels unmistakably _TSH_.
In this role, you’ll:
- Own the brand budget, making sure resources are allocated effectively.
- Oversee the creative direction and production of brand assets across different products and audiences.
- Drive brand initiatives that boost awareness, earned media, and organic traffic.
- Review creative briefs with a strong eye for detail, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze artwork and video performance metrics to refine best practices.
- Collaborate closely with teams across Marketing, PR, B2B, and Product to strengthen brand impact.

**Who You Are**:
You’re a creative and strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments. You can seamlessly switch between big-picture vision and hands-on execution, balancing storytelling with innovation. Plus, you’re a natural leader who knows how to inspire teams and drive results.
We’d love to meet you if you have:
- 8+ years of experience in branding and creative environments, ideally within lifestyle brands.
- A proven track record of launching consumer brands across European markets (+).
- Experience in brand marketing, social media, or PR (+).
- Production, project management, or agency experience (+).
- Strong leadership skills—you’ll oversee a diverse team and a brand active in 8 markets.
- A deep understanding of creative workflows and asset production.
- The ability to juggle multiple campaigns without compromising quality.
- A fan-first mindset, always keeping our community at the heart of what we do.
- A passion for brands with a purpose—you’re excited to be part of something bigger.
- Fluency in English (bonus points for additional languages).
