Management & culture produit :Piloter et développer l'équipe Produit (structurer leur montée en compétences, clarifier les niveaux et les trajectoires de carrière, coacher au quotidien au moins 3 PM).
Instaurer et faire vivre une culture "customer-centric" et "data-informed" au sein de l'équipe — et plus largement dans l'entreprise.
En étroite coopération avec le CTPO et le Head of Engineering, décliner les orientations stratégiques de la direction en une feuille de route opérationnelle et priorisée et en assurer un suivi de proximité.
Décliner la feuille de route produit au quotidien et remonter les arbitrages au CTPO et Head of Engineering.
Accompagner les PM dans la définition de leurs spécifications (recherche utilisateur, prototypage, tests utilisateurs, etc.) et assurer des user stories rigoureuses et conformes aux exigences réglementaires de notre secteur et alignées avec les contraintes techniques partagées avec le CTPO et le Head of Engineering.
Traduire la stratégie produit en une roadmap réaliste et priorisée, en collaboration avec notre CPTO, et les différentes équipes et les parties prenantes business.
Mettre en place un vrai système discovery → delivery : instaurer des entretiens utilisateurs, prototypes, tests structurés ; améliorer les rituels agiles (sprints, revues ) pour livrer rapidement les bonnes fonctionnalités.
Collaborer avec le CPTO, et les équipes de développement pour garantir une livraison efficace, de haute qualité et prévisible des nouvelles fonctionnalités.
Veiller à ce que nos utilisateurs (soignants, patients) comprennent et adoptent correctement les fonctionnalités.
Créer une documentation adéquate en lien étroit avec nos équipes commerciales, déploiement et communication.
Piloter les indicateurs de performance et d'adoption du produit.
