**Overview**
**Duties**
- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organise documents for meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are available.
- Maintain an efficient filing system for both physical and digital documents.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, directing inquiries as appropriate.
- Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance to ensure a well-functioning workspace.
- Support the CEO in various administrative tasks as needed, contributing to project management and strategic initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks performed.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
Pay: From 44,314.00€ per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- 98000 Monaco: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
