Within the Global Lens Innovation Deployment, the Industrial Project Department manages a portfolio of projects that support Group Innovation, improve and secure Operation performances to ensure contribution and alignment with the Group Strategy.

**Job Responsabilities**:

- Define scope, deliverables, team composition, resources (people and CAPEX), project schedules all this within the framework of project objectives,
- Develop and monitor projects KPIs,
- Lead project teams in the initiation, development, execution, and operationalization of projects,
- Organize meetings, and generate all documentation using project management tools to support the team’s visibility and understanding of project details,
- Develop and update detailed, project plans, timelines, and an executive level dashboard to provide continuous insight into the progress of projects,
- Ensure regular communication to stakeholders on project status (critical path milestones, timeline, risks, cost) to be able to drive decision,
- Conduct and document “Lessons Learned” session before closing the project with the team.
- Technical Educational Background (Master 2),
- At least 3 years' project management experience in an international environment,
- Skills in production process and products,
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and agility,
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functionally teams and to drive them to develop and execute solutions and sceneries orchestrating each individual expertise,
- Excellent oral and written communication in English,
- Good interpersonal skills.
