**WHY WE NEED YOU ?**

Our growth is driving us to strengthen our Internal Services team to ensure operational reliability and scalability across key infrastructure tools.

Your mission will be to lead a team of Site Reliability Engineers while remaining hands-on with critical systems, in order to support engineering teams and maintain a secure and high-performing internal platform.

**YOUR FUTURE TEAM**:

You will be part of a team of 4 experienced SREs. The team ensures the reliability, performance, and evolution of Scaleway’s internal systems, including secret management, CI/CD tooling, centralized identity, VPN access, and more.

**YOUR DAILY ROUTINE**:
Tasks
- **Lead and coach** a team of 4 SREs, supporting their growth and setting objectives aligned with Scaleway’s IT vision
- Oversee the **reliability and security** of core internal systems (Vault, LDAP, VPN, CI/CD stack)
- Actively contribute to **system administration**, **operational readiness**, and **security maintenance**:

- Provide** technical support** to engineering teams and contribute to cross-functional IT/Engineering initiatives
- Plan and manage **Disaster Recovery** (DR) exercises and capacity planning
- Support strategic infrastructure projects, including Keycloak deployment and IaC initiatives
- Contribute to **CloudaaS projects** and automated AZ deployment
- Drive continuous improvement through automation and infrastructure-as-code practices
- ** Collaborate** on compliance efforts (ISO 27001, HDS, SecNumCloud)
- Support the **evolution of tools** like Jira, Confluence, and internal backup & logging infrastructure
