**Duties**:
The Supervisory Systems Administrator (SSA) reports directly to an American FS-01 Officer, the Financial Services Training Office (FSTO) Director. The SSA serves as the de facto FSTO deputy to the Controller Global Financial Services (CGFS) Global Systems Operations (GSO) Director and to CGFS/EX ISSO Division Director stationed in Charleston, SC at Controller Global Financial Services (CGFS). The position is responsible for all FSTO IT systems functionality including MS Office 365 and for worldwide support of ISSO customer service requests and ancillary CGFS duties. Incumbent serves as a Quality Representative (QR) under ISO 9001 and the CGFS Bureau’s Quality Management System (QMS) for FSTO’s two business segments under GSO and CGFS/EX. The incumbent supervises one Computer Management Assistant (CMA).

**EXPERIENCE:
Five years of experience with LAN and Microsoft Operating Systems in a government or corporate environment including experience in managing or implementing network security procedures and software.

**JOB KNOWLEDGE**:
Ability to manage assigned projects. Good organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to make sound decisions using good judgment in areas relating to security of computer system and networks under the pressure of time constraints. Ability to interact with all levels of personnel within and outside of the organization. Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Education Requirements:
Two years of post-secondary school **is required.**

**OR**

A minimum of High school Diploma + a minimum of seven (7) years of experience with LAN and Microsoft Operating Systems in a government or corporate environment including experience in managing or implementing network security procedures and software.

**SALARY**: the **annual gross salary includes**: the profit-sharing allowance, the vacation allowance, the bonus allowance and the “Comité d’Entreprise” allowance.

**MEAL TICKETS**: Meal tickets have a face value of EUR 8.25/day. 60% of the daily amount is paid by the U.S. Government. An employee contribution of EUR 3.30 per ticket will be deducted in payroll. The number of meal tickets is limited to 202 workdays per year.

**TRANSPORTATION**:Employees are eligible for a reimbursement of 50% of the cost of public transportation passes purchased for commuting purposes.

**HOLIDAYS**: The U.S. Missions in France observe eleven U.S. holidays per year and up to ten French holidays.

**For EFMs**, benefits should be discussed with the Human Resources Office.

The pay plan is assigned at the time of the conditional offer letter by the HR Office.

Acceptable documentation must be submitted in order for the preference to be given.

**This level of preference applies to all Foreign Service employees on LWOP and CS with re-employment rights back to their agency or bureau.
