**LOCALIZATION MANAGER / FRANCE**

In support of Blu Digital Group's growth, we are looking for a Localization Manager for our French Studio.

You will manage the production, project management, legal, sales, administration and junior member of the teams.

You ensure client orders are completed and will maintain the highest quality standards to deliver client satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure seamless production and completion of client orders
- Ensure deliveries are met on time
- Maintain the highest quality standards for all clients
- Build and and ensure there is compliance with cost breakdown structure on every project
- Manage administration (contracts, payments, client invoicing) and ensure compliance with local regulations
- Customize workflows and tools with the help of the supports of the group
- Collaboration with the other departments / studios of the group all the more regarding multi-language deals

**Qualifications**:

- Perfect knowledge of French dubbing ecosystem, regulations and talents
- Perfect knowledge of rules and regulations on localization work in France
- Perfect knowledge of dubbing and subtitling workflows
- Primary focus on client satisfaction
- Appetite for technology and innovation
- Experience in management of operational teams
- Past experience in project management in localization services

**DIRECTEUR DE LA LOCALISATION FRANCE**:
Vous supervisez l’ensemble du service localisation en charge de la fabrication des doublages, audiodescriptions, sous-titrages et sous-titrages sourds et malentendants.

Vous êtes responsable de la production, du suivi de production, du P&L de chaque projet et de la gestion administrative et juridique du service ainsi que du management de ses équipes.

Vous êtes garant de la bonne finalisation de chaque commande. Vous vous assurez du maintien d’un niveau de qualité optimal à destination d’une clientèle internationale et de la satisfaction du client.

**Rôle**:

- Maintenir la fluidité de la production et la bonne finalisation des demandes clients.
- Veiller au respect des délais de livraison
- Maintenir des standards de qualité optimum à destination d’une clientèle premium
- Établir les structures de coûts de chaque projet (P&L) et veiller à leur respect
- Superviser la gestion administrative du service (contrats, règlements des ressources, facturation client ) et s’assurer de la conformité avec la législation locale
- Optimiser les workflows et les outils de production avec l’aide des fonctions supports
- Établir une communication fluide avec les autres services / studios du groupe surtout dans le cadre de travaux multilingues

**Qualifications requises**:

- Parfaite connaissance du milieu du doublage français et de ses talents
- Maîtrise des règles juridiques qui encadrent l’activité
- Parfaite connaissance des workflows de production de doublage et de sous-titrage
- Vif intérêt pour la satisfaction client
- Appétit pour l’innovation et les technologies
- Expérience dans le management d’équipes
- Avoir exercé le rôle de chargé de production dans la localisation est un plus
