As the Head of Engineering, your responsibility is to lead this team effectively. This includes ensuring their commitment and successful delivery, coordinating with other product and technology teams to assist them in fulfilling their objectives, maintaining the codebase, and step-by-step realization of our product vision.

**What you will do**:

- Lead and engage a large technical team
- Work closely with the Head of Delivery and the Heads of Product
- Inspire, drive and develop Engineering Managers
- Ensure the technical work is following the industry standard
- Support Engineering Managers in all aspects of their mission

**Qualifications** This role is excellent for a person with**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated success in leading and managing high-performing engineering teams.
