We are seeking a Business Development Manager in France to expand our distribution network for medical devices, including electric wheelchairs, care beds, and patient lifts. The primary focus is identifying and building relationships with distributors and establishing strong distribution channels. This role is ideal for a driven professional passionate about healthcare, offering autonomy, career growth, and the opportunity to make a significant impact in improving patient care access.

**As a Business Development Manager, you will**:

- Drive sales growth by promoting power wheelchairs, care beds, and care support products in the French market.
- Act as the main contact for clients, delivering excellent service throughout the sales process and post-sales support.
- Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and distributor agreements, ensuring alignment with Wizemed’s goals.
- Resolve client issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction and building the company’s reputation.
- Develop long-term partnerships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Provide insightful reporting on distributor performance and contribute to Wizemed’s market expansion strategies.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with distributors, dealers, healthcare systems, hospitals, care homes, and rehabilitation centers.
- Create and execute sales strategies, convert leads into sales, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events, traveling extensively across France.
- Provide market insights to align products and services with customer needs.

**Experience & Skills**
- Proven sales experience in power wheelchairs, care beds, or care support products, with a strong track record of meeting targets (**experience in at least one product category is required**).
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.

**Knowledge**
- Familiarity with the French healthcare system, including procurement processes, care homes, and private healthcare providers.
- Understanding of regulations and standards for mobility and medical devices.

**Other Requirements**
- Willingness to travel extensively across the France (occasional international travel may be required).
- A Full **France driving license**.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and **CRM software**.
