En tant qu’adjoint delivery, vous êtes intégré dans les équipes et directement rattaché au Head of Delivery.

Relais du HoD, vous devrez, sur la base de la feuille de route globvale, mettre en place les bonnes pratiques de delivery au sein des équipes produits, accompagner les actions d’amélioration du delivery et participer à la consolidation des indicateurs de suivi des engagements.

Vous vous appuierez sur l’organisation interne pour le suivi des différents chantiers.

Missions:

- Suivi du delivery des équipes produits
- Suivi des indicateurs
- Mise en place des indicateurs
- Mise en place des pratiques avec l’appui des équipes
- Suivi des risques et remontée d’alerte
- Check up delivery Agile
- Capacité à auditer des équipes et mener des interview orientés Delivery
- Elaboration de plan d’action d’amélioration en lien avec un contexte précis et mouvant
- Accompagnement et suivi des équipes sur les actions d’amélioration delivery
- Communication interne
- Remontée des alertes
- Animation des comités internes
