In the context of the markets’ strategic plan:
Assist the regulatory manager in its missions related to the regulatory compliance of products, labels and communication, the regulatory watch, the support to internal stakeholders and the representation of the company in trade associations in France and in Belgium.

Your missions

1.Ensure the regulatory compliance of recipes, labels, communication and participate to new product development

oSupport new product development and renovation

oEnsure Regulatory compliance of finished product recipes

oIssue Label Information Notes & technical specifications, insure their availability for internal stakeholders

oEnsure Labels compliance (artwork approval system).

oBe accountable of the regulatory compliance of the communications related to the product’s composition (claim sharing tool)

2.Participate to transversal & long-term innovation projects to ensure regulatory compliance

3.Ensure the availability of the mandatory INCO data related to the products portfolio for Digital-catalog

4.Ensure the regulatory watch

oMonitor regulatory changes through participation to trade associations and access to external databases

oBe accountable for the distribution of essential facts extracted from regulatory texts (Newsletter / Warning letter).

oParticipate to the risk assessment and sharing with top management about regulatory facts

5.Take part to representation of the function

oTake part to trade association influencing decisions

oSharing R&D knowledge in giving support to other departments

oContribute to corporate communications

oContribute to activities of internal Regulatory Community

Your profile:
**University degree (5 years) in Food Science & Technology, Agricultural Engineering, Chemistry, Biology or similar.**

**Minimum 5 years of experience in the same function for Food Industry**
