**Job Description**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, innovative, energetic, passionate, and client centric Technology Support Engineer to join our Technology Support Services team in our Paris office, to support the business with everyday IT.
The Paris office is a fast-paced environment hosting several company senior stakeholders and client facing delivery teams. The role of the Workplace Support Technician is to maintain End User Support and Workplace Technology services to the highest standards to help drive client delivery, business support, and customer satisfaction across the region.
**Please note**:This role requires a high level of self-confidence, ability to communicate at all levels, with a requirement for a high degree of integrity, trust, and credibility to succeed personally and with the team in mind.
You will be responsible for providing first class Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to our colleagues across the Paris office. You will play a key role in providing Desktop Support on-site and through remote support tools either directly or through escalations via the Global Service Desk. Our Global Service Desk is a 24/5 service located in Belfast & Manila and administers both incident management and service request fulfilment.

In addition, you will work collaboratively with the Service Governance, Infrastructure, Application and Change Delivery teams to ensure all incidents and service requests are fulfilled in-line with our incident, change and problem management processes.
You will also play a key role in assisting with local project and infrastructure activities for continuous improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- ITIL Foundation/Service Management Certification
- Microsoft Certifications are desired (Windows 7/10, Active Directory, Azure AD/InTune and Office 365
- IT/Computer related Degree would be an advantage
**Key Skills and Experience**
- Up to 5 years’ experience in a Desktop Support capacity, working part of a high
- performing team
- Windows 10
- IT Infrastructure knowledge - Servers, Firewalls, Switches and Routers
- Server Room management including security access and controls
- Microsoft SCCM / MECM
- Flagship office & Workplace Technology experience including high-grade Laptops, Mobiles, Tablets, Printing, and other smart/digital workplace technologies
- Mobile Device Management via InTune Endpoint Manager, Meraki or Airwatch
- Office 365 product stack including Microsoft Teams
- Citrix XenApp / Desktop
- Voice over IP Telephony and Video
- Conferencing Platforms
- ITSM Platform experience - Incident
- Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Knowledge Management
- Experience of working in a complex, multi-country professional services, financial services or BPO organisation with complex processing requirements preferred but not essential
- Multi-country experience and demonstrates an ability to work in a multi-cultural, talented, and demanding team environment.
