**BUSINESS UNIT: ANTAVIA SAS**

Created in 1989, Antavia has since released more than 150.000 equipment to service. Integrated since November 2007 to the AMETEK MRO division, Antavia benefits from a worldwide network and access to improved funding to support its continuous growth.

Antavia offers maintenance services for over 7,000-part numbers from its facilities based in Campsas (close to Toulouse) and Paris CDG with a team of 110 people.

**Position Summary**:
A highly effective Plant Director to lead our MRO businesses in Le Mesnil-Amelot. This position will work closely with the DVP and other members of the Senior Leadership Team and will be responsible for the overall operational effectiveness of the businesses. They will provide collectively tactical and strategic guidance and be responsible for developing and implementing the Business Plan. This is a great opportunity for a leader to take part in the strong growth and technical development of this entity.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Day to day leadership of production, customer service, supply chain/materials, quality and continuous improvement
- Responsible for operating performance, e.g. sales, profit, working capital, on-time delivery, on-time quality, planning, scheduling, materials management, etc.
- Working closely with Functional Directors to ensure execution of process aligns with standard work and to the defined strategic direction of the Le Mesnil division. Improve factory performance by executing lean manufacturing initiatives such as Kanban, SIOP, 5S, and Kaizen while maintaining focus on Quality improvements.
- Responsible for meeting financial commitments, providing the resources necessary to grow and/or taking the necessary actions to cut costs.
- Developing talent and people to ensure we have the right people in the right place and robust succession planning
- Undertake all other reasonable requests that are made by the role manager/acting manager or Directors

**Education**:

- Degree in Engineering required or a minimum of ten years related management experience
