Description and Requirements
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Define and execute our Lenovo ISO technology vision and strategy aligned with business objectives.
Lead the development of innovative, customer-centric solutions that enhance value and differentiate our products in a competitive market.
Foster a culture of innovation, thought leadership, and continuous improvement across the organization and Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership forums.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their needs and translating them into scalable, effective solutions.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive growth through technology, staying ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decisions.

**Qualifications**:
10+ years of experience in a senior technology leadership role within a large IT vendor or similar organization.
Strong customer focus with a track record of developing solutions that solve complex business challenges.
Thought leadership with recognized expertise and innovative thinking.
Deep understanding of the latest technologies, including cloud, AI/ML, cybersecurity, and enterprise solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at all organizational levels.
**Success Indicators**:
**Innovation and Solution Delivery Rate**: Measures the number and quality of new solutions or technologies developed and implemented under the CTO’s leadership, reflecting the drive for innovation.
**Customer Satisfaction and Feedback (NPS)**: Assesses how well technology solutions meet customer needs through surveys, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and client feedback, highlighting the CTO’s customer-centric focus.
**Technology Strategy Alignment and Execution**: Tracks progress against strategic technology goals, including milestone achievement, roadmap delivery, and alignment with business objectives.
**Time to Market for New Technologies**: Measures the efficiency in developing and deploying new solutions, indicating agility and responsiveness to market or customer demands.
**Technology Cost Optimization and ROI**: Evaluates the ability to deliver innovative solutions within budget and the return on investment (ROI) generated from technological initiatives, ensuring value-driven leadership.
