At Ayvens we have an opening for an experienced Lead cloud security officer.

What are you going to do?

As our new Lead cloud security officer , you will lead the implementation and continuous evolution of our Trust & Control framework and its toolkits (Skynet, Cerberus, CNAPP) in public cloud environments. You'll ensure security by design across projects, validate risk analyses, and integrate security into CI/CD pipelines. Your role will also involve monitoring compliance, driving governance, and producing actionable reporting for leadership.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead implementation and evolution of the Trust & Control framework and toolkits in public cloud environments.
• Validate risk analyses for cloud services and approve control testing and deployments.
• Ensure project alignment with security best practices, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
• Collaborate with DevOps and Cloud Architects to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps).
• Produce operational dashboards to monitor compliance and track remediation of non-compliance alerts.
• Implement and run cloud security governance, including reporting for CISO and executive committees.
• Provide training and awareness on cloud security best practices to project teams.

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate is a seasoned cloud security professional with strong technical expertise and governance experience. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on skills to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient cloud environments.

You will have relevant experience in a similar role, preferably holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, and:

• Proven experience in cloud security frameworks and tooling (CNAPP, Skynet, Cerberus).
• Strong knowledge of public cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and NIST controls.
• Experience integrating security into CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps).
• Ability to produce clear governance reporting and operational dashboards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
