**Description du poste**:
**Quelles sont les missions ?**

Directement rattaché au Responsable de l’équipe projets et en véritable « chef d’orchestre », vous accompagnez avec passion des projets innovants pour concevoir les produits de demain.

Vous organisez et planifiez les phases de développement en interface avec les départements contributifs au projet (Marketing, R&D, Industrialisation, Finance, Achats, Logistique, Qualité)

En tant que Project Manager vous serez en charge de:

- Piloter le projet dans le respect du cahier des charges défini
- Assurer le suivi et l'avancement du projet en termes de qualité, coûts et délais
- Organiser l’activité des équipes de développement qui vous sont rattachées, ainsi que la coopération avec les autres équipes
- Animer les réunions de groupes projets
- Réaliser un reporting régulier auprès de votre responsable et de la direction groupe
- Fournir les livrables attendus à chaque étape
- Garantir la rentabilité du projet

**Profil recherché**:
**Quel est le profil recherché ?**

Décideur, fiable, réactif et doté d’une maîtrise technique vous avez de l'expérience en management de projets et approche méthodologique. Vous avez la capacité à prendre en main un projet et orchestrer tous ses éléments avec un grand sens des responsabilités. Vous savez travailler dans un environnement dynamique et manager les deadlines avec agilité.

Doté d'excellentes compétences relationnelles, d'ouverture d'esprit et d'une réelle aptitude à comprendre les contraintes de chacun, vous avez un sens inné pour la communication et maitrisez l'art de la négociation.

Vous avez déjà été à des postes transverses et savez vous adapter à vos différents interlocuteurs (internes ou externes).

Vous justifiez d'une expérience validée dans le pilotage de projets, et êtes de préférence issu d'une école d'Ingénieur. Une expérience dans des groupes internationaux sera un plus pour cette fonction.

Vous maîtrisez impérativement l'anglais que vous utiliserez pour communiquer au quotidien.
