We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven **Account Executive** to join our New Business Development team and drive sales for our cutting-edge **Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Next Generation solutions**. This role is pivotal in expanding our client base and positioning our solutions as the preferred choice for organizations seeking to optimize financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Prospect and Generate Leads**: Identify and engage potential clients through market research, networking, and strategic outreach to build a robust sales pipeline.
- ** Consultative Selling**: Understand client challenges and objectives to position our EPM solutions as the ideal fit, showcasing their value in streamlining performance management and driving business efficiency.
- ** Solution Demonstrations**: Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver tailored product demonstrations that address specific client needs.
- ** Negotiate and Close Deals**: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring revenue growth and client satisfaction.
- ** Collaborate with Internal Teams**: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and maximize customer value.
- ** Market Expertise**: Stay updated on EPM trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.

**Qualifications**
- ** Experience**: Proven track record in new business sales, ideally within the SaaS or financial technology space. Experience selling EPM or similar financial solutions is a strong advantage.
- ** Skills**: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of an organization.
- ** Mindset**: Results-oriented, with a passion for driving growth and achieving ambitious targets.
- ** Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with EPM systems, financial planning tools, and cloud-based technologies.
- ** Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
