DESCRIPTION DE L'OFFRE
- Issuance of bank guarantees and letters of credits as per the internal policy
- Quarterly control of fees and conditions of bank guarantees
- Support to the back office on the bank guarantees registration
- Follow up of release of bank guarantees
- Follow up of bank guarantees credit lines
- Update of corporate guarantees database
- Semi-annual reporting of corporate and bank guarantees
- Quarterly reconciliation of bank guarantees in cooperation with back-office
- Quarterly computation of corporate guarantees fees
- Development of a new software for the administration of the corporate guarantees
PROFIL REQUIS
Degree in Finance, Trade finance or legal
Prior experience in a bank or a guarantee department of a large corporation/bank would be a plus, but is not a requirement
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
High level of written and verbal communication in English.
Inter-cultural skills are key as this position requires to be in contact with professionals from a variety of different nationalities
Ability, to meet deadlines and to manage priorities
