We aim to produce sustainable, affordable, high-capacity, longer-life batteries as a** cleaner alternative to current energy sources**. We create an R&D center and new state-of-the art facility in France (New Aquitaine), with gigafactories to be built in Hauts de France and Germany.

**Job description**:
Lead relationship with customers for quality topics, manage customers specific requirements, claims and returns.
Lead site activities to reach product launch targets for robust product and processes leading to customers satisfaction.
**Main missions, Objectives and KPIs related / **_Missions principales, Objectifs et Indicateurs associes :_**
- Define/Establish _. Définir/Etablir. _Corrective and preventive actions related to site KPI target for customers satisfaction and new product/processes start of production (customers claims, ppm customers return, manufacturing yield )
- BuildConstruireNew products and processes projects site deliverables
- Guarantee GarantirCustomers claims and returns treatment in appropriate timing
- LeadMener/DirigerWorkshops for improvement and problem solving, daily assist the site quality manager and should be able to be his back-up when needed
- ContributeContribuer àTo plant manufacturing performances target achievement
- SharePartagerCustomers specifics requirements and product/processes improvement plans
**Profile**:
**Knowledge / Know how**
Regular quality core tools, working group management, continuous improvement approach
**Experience (domain, number of years)**
10 years in quality and product launch
**Qualifications**
Engineering degree or equivalent
**Key behaviours**
Good communication, team spirit and customer orientation
**Some extra skills which make the difference**
Lithium Ion batteries manufacturing knowledge
