Under the responsibility of the QHSE Manager, you will animate and follow the QHSE policy of the Company. You will participate in monitoring and compliance with regulations, standards, standards and quality, hygiene, health, safety and environmental protection procedures.
**_ 1/ Job description_**
Your main tasks will be:
- Manages, improves and animates the environmental management system;
- Carries out environmental awareness actions ;
- Performs internal QHSE field audits (ships and bases) and participates in external audits;
- Prepares and coordinates the QHSE part of each project (defined in its scope of activity);
- Participates in the implementation of procedures and project plans
- Analyzes the risks relating to employees, work equipment, ships and installations (offices and bases)
- Conducts investigations after accidents to determine the causes (workplace, environmental accidents)
- Follows the various action plans, IT and NC defined in its scope of activity;
- Train and assess employees on various QHSE topics;
- Participates in responses to calls for tenders;
**_ 2/ Profil_**
Training: Bac+2/3 in QHSE (HSE oriented) or engineering degree
Experience: A first experience in the maritime industry is an asset
Skills:
Very good level of English required; Audit techniques; Quality assurance device; IT tools. Knowledge of ISO9001 / 45001 / 14001 / ISM Code / ISPS / OCIMF - IMCA standards.
Permis B
Qualities: Rigor, organization, sense of service, responsiveness

Remuneration: Between 33k€ and 38k€ annually, depending on profile
Job status: permanent
Start date: to be determined
Mission location: JIFMAR headquarters, Aix-en-Provence. Mobility on construction sites and ships in France and abroad.
