Dans le cadre d'un remplacement, nous recherchons en CDI un(e) HEAD

OF ENGINEERING pour le compte d'une PME.

ZOOM SUR LES MISSIONS:
Directement rattaché(e) au CEO, vos missions seront les suivantes:

- Développer et maintenir une architecture harmonieuse et rigoureuse.
- Piloter les développements back et front des services permettant de

proposer à nos clients la meilleure expérience.
- Porter la vision technique du produit.
- Participer aux ateliers métier afin de définir collégialement la

roadmap fonctionnelle et technique de l'ensemble du site.
- Définir, avec votre équipe, les meilleurs outils / services et

technologies pour répondre aux enjeux de la société.
- Vous assurer du respect des pratiques permettant de livrer un code

de qualité (TU, TNR, Peer...).
- Être le pilote de la vie de l'équipe tech.
- Investiguer et développer pour aider votre équipe ou accélérer

certains points.
- Reporter vos choix et éventuelles entraves auprès de la direction.

- Symfony
- NodeJS ; ReactJS/NextJS
- DevOps ; AWS
- Akeneo

Formation et expérience:

- Bac +5
- Vous avez au moins 3 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire
