**Job Description**:

- Responsibilities:
- Handling queries from customer service
- Monitoring deposits and withdrawals, resolve or escalate issues if required
- Performing daily reconciliations
- Supporting requests from other business units
- Review processes regularly and where possible, make suggestions for greater efficiency and control improvement
- Handling ad hoc requests/queries in an appropriate manner
- Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of related working experience
- Bachelor's degree or above, accounting, finance, economics and other related majors
- Working experience in the trading market, third-party payment, clearing and settlement positions in commercial banks is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, motivational, organizational skills
- Familiar with Internet finance and traditional financial services
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Fluent in English and Mandarin for better collaboration with internal team and external clients
