**Job Description** Join Our Team at Salomon as a FP&A Controller**
Are you ready to make a significant impact in the world of finance? At Salomon, we're seeking a dedicated FP&A Controller to spearhead critical financial operations and ensure the continued success of our brand. Here's a closer look at your main missions:
**Reporting & Consolidation**: You'll be the guardian of financial data accuracy and compliance with consolidation procedures. From designing and deploying standard reporting to coordinating the monthly consolidation reporting pack, you'll play a pivotal role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly. Your expertise will be instrumental in updating reporting tools and adapting them to meet the evolving needs of our brand.
**Financial Planning & Closing**: As the orchestrator of the accounting closing process, you'll ensure seamless coordination and documentation, guaranteeing that tasks are completed efficiently. Your role extends to animating and documenting the consolidation process, cascading detailed annual financial planning, and providing standard reporting formats to facilitate data consolidation. Compliance with Group deadlines and standards will be paramount under your guidance.
️ **Tools mastery**: Dive into the world of financial information tools and actively participate in their implementation. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting Controllers to utilize these tools effectively, ensuring data accuracy and enhancing overall efficiency. Through your efforts, we'll identify and implement improvements to provide a deeper understanding of financial data and drive better analysis of our activities.
**Interfacing**:As the key point of contact between our Brand finance and Group finance teams, you'll facilitate seamless communication and collaboration. Your ability to bridge the gap between different stakeholders will be invaluable in ensuring alignment and driving collective success.
In addition to your core missions, you'll have the opportunity to **contribute to key transformation projects **and **ensure that financial procedures are thoroughly documented and up-to-date**, setting the stage for continuous improvement and innovation.
**Qualifications**
- ** Required experiences**: 3-4 years of experience in finance-related positions (including internships and apprenticeships).
- ** Training**: Master's degree (BAC+5) in the field of corporate finance.
- ** Languages**:
- Very good level of English required (C1 - C2 levels minimum).
- French and other languages are a plus.
- ** Computer**: A good level on Excel is mandatory
- ** Specific skills**:
