**Job Description**:
**As our new Retail & Transformation Business Controller, you are an agile, curious and reliable Business Partner, who will be responsible for**:

- Defining, communicating and implementing the transformation of Retail Controlling and the suitable management tools to enhance operational efficiency and contribute to the improvement of this channel performance
- Ensuring the accuracy and compliancy of the financial data (Accounting and Reporting) and forecasts through a rolling forecast approach built together with Merchandising & Supply and Global Operations
- Guaranteeing the robustness of forecasts, Risks & Opportunities, and assumptions and propose areas for improvement
- Through a proactive approach, making strong recommendations to achieve strategic objectives

**Your mission will be to**:

- Understand and cascade the value creation and contribution to Ebit of our Retail channel and Retail stores through understanding costs of doing business drivers at each P&L line, ensure a coherent definition of the axes of analysis of the costs throughout the organization
- Steer, streamline and maximize channel profitability and efficiency
- Be fully accountable of the Retail P&L globally
- Define, support with target setting and coordinate the implementation of trade terms strategy for the brand

**Your main responsibilities will include the following**:

- Lead the Retail Controlling Transformation
- Be responsible for the financial performance and steering of the Retail channel
- Ensure end to end value creation through understanding of Product Development, Supply Forecasting, Sourcing/Manufacturing, Pricing, and Logistics
- Be a strong support to ad’hoc Retail Projects:

- Be responsible for P&L Forecast load into the Planning Tool
- Convey a strong financial culture towards the organization and the team

**You will report directly into the Omnichannel Controlling Director. You will manage a team of 2 people.**
