The Fuel Business Unit (BU) of Framatome offers innovative safe fuels with high performance to worldwide utility customers. The BU scope includes the design, development, manufacturing and commercialization of fuel assemblies and the associated technologies.

Within the BU, the mission of the Contracts & Services Asia-Middle East-Africa (AMEA) platform is to manage the customer contracts signed with AMEA regions, mostly for China, with a team located in Lyon.

One of the main contracts concerns the delivery of a components kits, gadolinium rods and services contract with a Kazakh customer, himself locally assembling to supply fuel assemblies to the Chinese market.

The Fuel BU is looking for an experienced project manager, located in Lyon (France), to take in charge the execution of the components part of this contract.

He/She is responsible for the following:

- Acting as Project and Contract manager for a fuel assembly supply contract with the target to deliver products in the expected safety, quality, schedule and cost. The concerned contract is in the range of 40 M€ per year.
- This includes the coordination of the internal team contributing to the project, the management of the interface to the customer, the management of the interface to the manufacturing plant and to the main supplier(s)
- Managing the project schedule, with the support of the scheduling team
- Managing the corresponding risks and opportunities
- Operational Excellence initiative developed by Framatome
- Reporting regularly the project progress to the stakeholders
- Contributing to the offer team in charge to win additional contracts
- Negotiating Variation Orders with the customer as needed

**Profile**:
Engineeer degree (or equivalent)

At least 5 years of experience in a project management function, within an

international and industrial environment

Experience in contract negotiation and manufacturing

Fluent in English

Nuclear experience would be a plus

Leadership skills : team spirit, assertivity, autonomy, capacity to lead hard negotiation with the customer and strongly defend Framatome interest
