The Company has been active since the 1970s under the chairmanship of Francesco Casoli. Over 3000 employees play their part in helping us produce about 17 million items a year between hoods and electric motors. Our production platform centres around five countries including Italy, Poland, Mexico, India and China and makes us the outright leaders in the world in the sector of hoods and among the leaders in Europe in the design, production and distribution of electric motors for hoods and heating system boilers.

**THE IMPACT**:
S/He manage customer relationship from the incoming order to the post sales phase.
**MAIN ACTIVITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
- Manage customer portfolio and oversee the full cycle of customer relationships and satisfaction;
- Manage order data entry and price updates in the SAP system;
- Oversee order processing, verify product availability with the warehouse, and prepare technical documentation for shipment;
- Interact with both the finance and sales departments to solve any issues related to the post-sales phase.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or similar;
- Working proficiency in Dutch, French and English are mandatory for this role;
- Good knowledge of Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint);
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP will be considered a plus;
- Good problem solving and organizational skills;
- Previous experience in the same role will be considered a plus.
