We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief of Staff to join our specialized luxury communications group. As a Chief of Staff, you will play a critical role in supporting the CEO in developing and executing the company's strategic plan, while driving key initiatives forward and ensuring efficient operations. You will work closely with the executive team and serve as a liaison between the CEO and various stakeholders. If you have a strong background in leadership, strategic thinking, and project management, along with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the CEO in developing and executing the company's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with the overall vision and goals.
- Work closely with the executive team to drive projects forward, monitor progress, and ensure timely execution.
- Serve as a key liaison between the CEO and stakeholders, including investors, customers, and partners, facilitating effective communication and building strong relationships.
- Develop and manage processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's operations, identifying areas for optimization and implementing best practices.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to drive key initiatives forward, fostering collaboration, and ensuring alignment across departments.
- Conduct research and analysis to provide strategic insights, identifying market trends, competitive landscapes, and potential growth opportunities.
- Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and other materials as needed to support decision-making processes.

**Qualifications**:

- 7 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a startup environment or strategy consulting, with a strong understanding of luxury communications.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate complex situations, develop insights, and propose innovative solutions.
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering results within tight timelines and budget constraints.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively conveying information and building relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring attention to detail and timely execution.
- Proactive and self-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, or communications. A master's degree or additional certifications would be a plus.
