Training Administrator

**Summary**:
As a **Training Administrator**, you will report to the Technical Manager of France and work closely with the technical, sales, finance, and administrative teams. You will play a key role in organizing, managing, and coordinating training for MSC Software and Hexagon Metrology products. Your responsibilities will cover the full training process, from proposal to invoicing, including direct customer interaction to ensure a smooth and high-quality experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Administrative and logístical management of HEXAGON MI training, following the Qualiopi certification process.
- Organization and follow-up of training sessions: monitoring customer training orders and coordinating with internal trainers.
- Creating and maintaining training files and provision of course material.
- Entering training into the required software, training database update and archiving of information.
- Invoicing for training sessions.
- Supporting the Qualiopi certification process and participating in related audits.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree (Bac+3 or equivalent) in management, administration, human resources, commerce, or a related field.
- Experience in an administrative function, preferably within training or continuous education (HR, commercial, administrative).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Good level of French and a decent level in English.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and internal trainers.
- Highly organized, autonomous, and able to manage multiple tasks while taking initiative.
- Creative, digitally savvy, and interested in industrial technologies.
- Knowledge of the Qualiopi certification process is a plus.
