Scrum Master - Unified Console / Assurance Monitoring / Unified Correlation & Automation H/F

This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) Communication Technology Group (CTG) develops and delivers infrastructure and software solutions on Cloud infrastructures for the Communication Industry. Our clients are worldwide Telecom customers.

We are looking for a **Scrum Master** with a proven knowledge and experience in SAFe methodology to join our development team in charge of the Unified Console and Unified Correlation & Automation. It is a set of software component that helps Telco customer to manage efficiently their network infrastructure. Scrum Master is in charge of the planning and execution of the development team.

We are looking for:

- Responsible for leading the development team for reliable, cost effective and high quality software in an agile team.
- Good knowledge of modern development project driving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate project executive summary.
- Ability to work with local and remote teams with agile methodologies (SCRUM, SAFe). Certification is a plus.
- Evolution to People management in short/medium term.
- Good knowledge of modern development is a plus.
- Good knowledge of Telco customer infrastructure Management is a plus.

**Education and Experience Required**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Typically 5 - 10 years’ experience in team lead in agile methodology.
