Private Equity division has €6.1 billion in assets under management, and it addresses several verticals, spread among 5 core strategies: (i) Growth, (ii) Decarbonization, (iii) Regenerative Agriculture, (iv) Aerospace & (v) Cybersecurity: We split the PE Business Unit in 2 buckets for the purpose of this off-cycle program. You will be integrated among the Growth, Decarbonization and Regenerative Agriculture division for this internship. **Missions**: - [ENG] _ You will participate in the evaluation, filtering, execution, and monitoring of private equity transactions, alongside fund development strategy. You will oversee the following missions: - Perform sector, strategic and financial analysis of target companies - Build financial model and perform scenario analysis on Business Plan - Draft of investment memos and take part in the investment committee process - Provide support on portfolio companies’ follow-up - Attend management meetingsParticipate to fundraising strategy - [FR] _ Vous participerez à l'évaluation, au filtrage, à l'exécution et au suivi des transactions de private equity, ainsi qu'à la stratégie de développement des fonds. Vous superviserez les missions suivantes: - Réaliser l'analyse sectorielle, stratégique et financière des entreprises cibles. - Construire des modèles financiers et réaliser des analyses de scénarios sur le plan d'affaires - Rédiger des mémos d'investissement et participer au processus du comité d'investissement - Apporter un soutien au suivi des entreprises du portefeuille - Assister aux réunions de gestion - Participer à la stratégie de levée de fonds **Profil**: - [ENG] _ - You have superior ability to synthesize the output from analyses, identify the ‘so-what,’ and proactively propose the next line of inquiry; - You show adequate communication skills, with passionate attention to detail; - As a team player, you are results oriented, and wish to thrive and learn in an entrepreneurial and dynamic company; - You have a strong knowledge of financial analysis and good expertise of Excel and Power Point; - Previous internship experience is highly recommended;Fluent in French and English; Currently pursuing or holding a degree from a top tier school or university with a specialization in Finance. - [FR] _ - Vous avez une capacité supérieure à synthétiser les résultats des analyses, à identifier le "pourquoi" et à proposer de manière proactive la prochaine ligne d'enquête ; - Vous faites preuve d'aptitudes à la communication et d'un grand souci du détail ; - Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe, vous êtes orienté vers les résultats et vous souhaitez vous épanouir et apprendre dans une entreprise dynamique et entreprenante ; - Vous avez une solide connaissance de l'analyse financière et une bonne maîtrise d'Excel et de Power Point ; - Une expérience de stage préalable est fortement recommandée ;Vous parlez couramment le français et l'anglais ; Vous poursuivez actuellement des études ou êtes titulaire d'un diplôme d'une école ou d'une université de premier plan avec une spécialisation en finance.
