You will help shape Excelya’s **growth trajectory** through **strategic acquisitions**, **expanding our footprint** in healthcare and life sciences.

**Requirements**:
**Main Responsibilities**
- **Translate corporate strategy** into a dynamic **M&A blueprint** aligned with Excelya’s growth ambitions
- **Build and maintain a robust pipeline** of potential targets through **market mapping**, **outreach**, and **CRM management**:

- **Screen and qualify targets** using **strategic**, **financial**, and **cultural criteria** to ensure alignment with Excelya’s values and goals

You will also work in:

- **Shape deals** and develop **pre-LOI business cases**, including **synergy modeling**, **valuation guardrails**, and **integration roadmaps**:

- **Coordinate diligence workstreams** and support **deal execution** from **LOI to signing**:

- Ensure **Day-1 readiness** and contribute to **post-merger integration planning and execution**:

- **Track benefits and lessons learned** to continuously improve Excelya’s **M&A playbook**

**About You**:
At Excelya, **taking audacious steps is encouraged**, so we’re looking for individuals who are ready to grow with us and share our values.
- **Experience**: Proven experience managing **M&A processes end-to-end**, ideally in **healthcare** or **life sciences** across **Europe** and **high-growth geographies**:

- **Skills**: Strong **strategic thinking**, **financial modeling**, **stakeholder coordination**, **CRM pipeline management**, and **communication** skills
- **Education**: Background in **business**, **finance**, **strategy**, or a related field is a strong asset
- **Languages**: Fluency in **English** is required, **French** fluency as well as any other **European languages**are a plus
