**Head of UX Design (Product Design) SaaS, B2B AI Powered Automation**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of UX, Graphic and UI designers to deliver high-quality design solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe After Effects
- Conduct user research and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides
- Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and usability best practices
- Oversee the entire design process from concept to implementation
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, UX and UI

**Qualifications**:
Coming from the SaaS industry with extensive knowledge and expertise of using AI and Generative AI obtained from a SaaS ideally within the Fintech Sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Lead Designer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Miro, Notion, Figjam, Figma, Sketch, InVision, and Adobe After Effects and would be drinking the AI Kool Aid
- Solid understanding of interaction design principles and user-centered design methodologies
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and experience working with APIs is a plus
- A portfolio showcasing your design work and demonstrating your expertise in usability and visual design

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 90,000.00€ - 110,000.00€ per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Paris (75): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
