**PRÉSENTATION DE L’ENTREPRISE**
Notre client est une entreprise en pleine croissance spécialisée dans l’édition de logiciels RH.
Il recherche un Product Manager H/F en CDI afin de renforcer sa structure basée à Lyon 2.
**DESCRIPTION DU POSTE**
Au sein de l’équipe Produit SIRH, en contact avec une dizaine de développeurs, vos principales activités seront:
- Définir la vision produit et la roadmap SIRH : user Persona, objectifs produit, roadmap & priorisation,
- Initier et cadrer les phases de conception : analyse des usages, recueil des besoins clients, réponses fonctionnelles, règles qualité (definition of done), etc.
- Incarner et communiquer sur les 2 offres SIRH : communication produit en interne et en externe, animation du Club Utilisateurs.
- Faire grandir l’équipe Produit pour répondre à la croissance de l’entreprise. Un PO vous sera rattaché à court terme.
**PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**
Titulaire d’un BAC+5, vous disposez d’une première expérience (2 ans minimum) sur un poste de Product Manager
Vous êtes également:
- Passionné par le produit et la vision client
- Habitué au travail en équipe
- Capable d’analyser un problème et d’être force de proposition
- Un bon communiquant avec des profils techniques et non-techniques
- Pragmatique et rigoureux
- A l’aise avec des outils comme Jira ou Confluence
