TikTok Shop is an innovative marketplace fully integrated into TikTok. It brings together online sellers, buyers and creators - all within TikTok to build a one-stop, seamless shopping experience and bringing more commerce solutions that further enable our community to discover and engage with what they love.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cooperate with account managers to do a good job in daily merchant maintenance.
- Analyze the growth points of merchants through data analysis, and continuously improve the operational capabilities and output of merchants on the platform.
- Assist in cross-team communication, including collaborating with major promotion and influencer teams to follow up on merchant live broadcasts
- Familiarize yourself with various processes and links of platform products, and assist in handling various processes such as merchant onboarding and product uploading to promote the optimization of the overall process.
- Follow up on product selection and submission for key special projects and promotional activities, as well as the tracking and analysis of the effects of activities after the events.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently in your final year pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above.
- Available to start immediately for a duration of 6 months.
- Proficiency in English and French for smooth collaboration.
- Keen interest in the e-commerce industry, with strong curiosity and the ability to learn quickly.
- Good understanding of the short video and live broadcast ecosystems of TikTok and pay attention to the gameplay of content e-commerce.

Preferred Qualifications
