Key Account Manager Project Intern (TikTok Shop) – 2026 Start (BS/MS) – TikTok Join us as a project intern and gain impactful experience in a fast‑paced environment. You will engage in short‑term projects, work closely with account managers and cross‑team communication, and develop practical skills in social commerce. Requirements & Responsibilities You will: Identify relevant sellers for onboarding based on lead lists and own industry research, support merchant acquisition and first product listings and sales after onboarding. Cooperate with account managers on daily merchant operations, analyze growth opportunities through data analysis, and continuously improve operational capabilities and outputs. Assist in cross‑team communication, collaborating with promotion and influencer teams for live broadcasts, be familiar with platform processes, and handle merchant onboarding and product upload flows. Follow up on product selection and submission for key special projects and promotional activities, and track and analyze activity effects after events. Minimum Qualifications Strong educational background, currently pursuing a Bachelor/Master, eligible to work in France. Highly interested in the e‑commerce industry, strong curiosity and ability to learn quickly. Passionate about social commerce, with good understanding of short‑video and live‑broadcast ecosystems on TikTok. Proficient in both English and French to collaborate with internal and external clients. Preferred Qualifications Data‑sensibility and proficiency in at least one data visualization analysis tool. Excellent communication skills and coordination abilities. Previous experience on e‑commerce or marketplaces. Job Information TikTok is the leading destination for short‑form mobile video.
