**VOTRE QUOTIDIEN CHEZ NOUS**:

- Builds the CRM Backlog
- Helps business express requirements and needs
- Consolidates and analyzes business requests
- Assesses maturity, prioritizes and presents requests for arbitration
- Ensure that the CRM Backlog is correctly scheduled according to the business value and impacts of each requirement
- Prepares and leads backlog reviews with business owners
- Responsible for the first Go/No Go gate before to enter requests in the backlog before transitioning to Product Owners
- CRM Roadmap and Strategy
- Communicate and follow up on CRM backlog items with stakeholders-
- Project coordination
- Coordinate with Product Owner and partners on project and capacity planning
- Collaborate with Product Owner and partners to define release scope and sprint backlog
- Ensure project best practices are followed (User Stories structure, testing strategy)
- Guaranty the roadmap delivery (delays, costs, quality)**NOTRE PROPOSITION**:

- Technical skills
- At least 5 years working in a Salesforce CRM Project. Salesforce certification is appreciated.
- Salesforce and functional expertise
- Agile Project Management
- Writing skills and synthesis skills
- Ability to work with people of varying technical skills
- Must be fluent in English. French or/and other European languages a plus.
