Le cabinet de recrutement CRDL recherche pour l'un de ses clients, un Structuring officer H/F.
Poste
**Missions principales**:
\- Structuration et suivi des fonds
\- Contribuer à la structuration et au suivi des véhicules UCITS et alternatifs dans diverses juridictions, incluant le Luxembourg, la France et les Pays-Bas.
\- Assurer la conformité légale et réglementaire en collaboration avec les équipes de product management et de compliance.
\- Développement de stratégies d’investissement
\- Élaborer des stratégies d'investissement en particulier actions, obligataires et diversifiées et participer à la rédaction des documents SFDR (pre-contractuels, website disclosure).
\- Participer aux interactions avec les régulateurs.
\- Relations avec les gérants délégataires externes
\- Servir de point de contact principal pour le suivi quotidien des portefeuilles et la gestion des incidents.
\- Établir et maintenir des relations avec les gérants externes, négocier les principaux termes contractuels (frais, de gestion, contrats de délégation de gestion et d’exclusivité), et assurer l'adaptation des stratégies.
\- Opérations et évolution des Fonds
\- Mettre en place et maintenir les contrats pour les produits dérivés (Clearing, ISDA), participer à la mise en place des set-up opérationnels.
\- Coordonner les étapes de lancement, liquidation et fusion des fonds, notamment avec les gérants externes.
Profil
Connaissance de la réglementation applicable à la gestion d’actifs
Connaissance des process opérationnels de la Gestion d’Actifs ainsi que des risques associés
Connaissance des stratégies vanille (actions, obligations, diversifié,)
**Maîtrise des outils informatiques et bases de données**: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Bloomberg
Niveau d’anglais courant++
**Formation initiale**: Bac +5 en Finance de Marchés
Minimum 5 ans d’expérience au sein d’une société de gestions d’actifs dans des fonctions de structuration, gestion / assistanat de gestion ou risques de marchés
Une expérience de structuration de produits complexes (Hedge funds et Private Equity notamment) est un plus
