You will join the structuring team of the Alternative Credit Group, which is looking for a Structurer for a **internship** of **6 months** from**October/November 2025**.
The team is involved in structuring illiquid credit assets to design financing, investment and risk transfer solutions for an institutional clientele composed of banks, insurers and funds.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main responsibilities will be:
- Assist in structuring the team’s operations: marketing and production of presentation materials, portfolio analysis, economic and risk analysis, legal aspects and execution.
- Assist in modeling credit portfolios taking into account structuring parameters: credit analysis, optimization, cash flow modeling (programming in VBA and/or Python).
- Ensure the management of operations in the book: improve existing models and monitoring tools, produce monthly reports, and monitor operations (calculation of structuring fees, simulations, etc.).

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:
Student level Bac+5 you prepare a degree (university, business school or engineering school), with a specialization in Finance.
You have previous experience in structured finance or with rating agencies, which is appreciated but not mandatory.
You have advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, with knowledge of VBA being a plus.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster team relationships.
You must master French and English.
