**Start** *** **ASAP** **Duration** *** **> 12 months** emagine is looking for a “Security Policies & Regulation Officer” fluent in English for one of its clients: Start date: ASAP Duration: 1 year + Location: La Défense Remote: 2 days per week **Tasks**: - Security Policies and Compliance Team search a consultant in order to work on: - Security Policies Governance - NIS2 regulation **Objectives**: The Security Policies & Regulation Officer is responsible for managing the Security Policy Governance, publishing security policies within the organization in close collaboration with cybersecurity experts and also overseeing the implementation of the NIS2 Directive in collaboration with the Compliance Manager. He works closely with the Cybersecurity management team and CISOs. **Maintain, Update, and Publish Security Policies**: - ** Documentation**: Keep security policies, standards, and procedures up to date. - ** Publication**: Ensure the distribution and communication of security policies. (Website) - ** Roadmap**: Establish the annual roadmap for security policies, standards, and position notes to be formalized and/or updated in collaboration with security experts. **Coordination and Collaboration**: - ** Governance**: Lead quarterly meetings with experts and Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs). Reporting: - ** Regular Reports**: Prepare periodic reports for management and steering committees on the state of the security documentation corpus within the organization. **NIS2 Regulation**: overseeing the implementation and compliance of the organization's cybersecurity practices in line with the European Union's **NIS2 Directive** (Network and Information Systems Directive) with the Compliance Manager. Provide Dashboard and actions follow-up. This role ensures that the organization meets all regulatory requirements set out by the NIS2 framework, which aims to improve the overall cybersecurity resilience of critical sectors across the EU. **Required skills**: NIS2 : Avancé Gouvernance : Confirmé Politique de Sécurité : Avancé Reporting, KPI, PMO : Confirmé 06 72 02 01 72
