**About the role**:
**Mission Principale**
The Project Manager will be responsible for leading automation projects within the After-Sales Service (SAV) across all technologies and support functions managed by GCS (including fixed and mobile connectivity, cloud, contact centers, customer reception, etc.). The role involves accelerating the adoption of GDO tools within the organization and fostering innovative ideas and initiatives from the field.
**About you**:
**Responsibilities**
- ** Project Monitoring**: Manage and track the progress of automation projects closely with Practice teams.
- ** Communication**: Facilitate information flow between operational teams and management.
- ** Participation** and **contribution** to GCS and GDO AI and automation communities.
- ** Dissemination of Best Practices**: Promote and share automation best practices within IOCS and across GCS desks (Brazil, Egypt, France, India).
- ** POC Evaluation**: Assess Proofs of Concept (POCs) for new tools and provide recommendations.
- ** Tool Adoption Acceleration**: Support the integration of GDO/GCS tools (e.g., Orage, Highlighter) within IOCS.
- ** Initiative Incubation**: Foster and develop intra-IOCS initiatives for innovation and continuous improvement.
**Required Skills**:
- ** Experience**: At least 3 years in project management, preferably in automation.
- ** Technical Skills**: Knowledge of Python and Ansible languages.
- ** Project Management**: Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and other methodologies.
- ** Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- ** Desired Experience**: In SAV environments.
**Profile**
- Degree in project management, IT, or related field.
- Ability to work in teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills, rigor, and initiative.
