As an **Ops Intern**, you’ll be at the core of Zoī’s medical strategy execution — a cross-functional role interfacing with our medical, product, legal, and operations teams. You'll help turn innovation into reality, across both French and international markets.

**Key responsabilities**:

- ** Implementation of a best-in-class preventive care offering in France**:

- Coordinate the operational rollout of Zoī’s preventive health protocol and contribute to its continuous improvement.
- Lead beta-testing initiatives and manage the integration of new exams and care pathways.
- Ensure alignment across medical and product teams to maintain excellence in care delivery.
- Develop low-code/no-code tools (e.g. Excel, Notion, JavaScript) to support center staff and improve internal processes.
- Guarantee a consistent member experience while ensuring scalability, operational reliability, and cost-efficiency.
- **
Development and structuring of strategic partnerships**:

- Manage and optimize relationships with key medical and technological partners.
- Identify and assess new partnership opportunities aligned with Zoī’s growth strategy.
- Build internal processes and tools to ensure fluid, high-quality interactions with external stakeholders.
- **
Support of Zoī’s international expansion strategy**:

- Conduct analyses of local regulatory frameworks and healthcare practices.
- Support the adaptation of Zoī’s operational model and medical protocol to local contexts and constraints.

**We're looking for**:

- Master’s degree in business, engineering, or related fields.
- Strong project management and coordination skills, with a hands-on mindset.
- Excellent command of Excel and strong interest in building lightweight internal tools (e.g. Notion, JavaScript).
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and intellectual rigor.
