Within the ERP team of the Qair Group, the ERP Sage X3 Project Manager oversees the deployment, evolution, and user support of the ERP system under the responsibility of the Group ERP Manager, in both France and international locations.

With your teaching skills and expertise, you will play a key role in the successful adoption of our Sage X3 ERP across our international subsidiaries.

The position is based in Montpellier, with occasional international travel required, particularly during ERP deployment phases.

Main Tasks

**The ERP Sage X3 Project Manager will have the following main responsibilities**:
**Training and User Support**:

- Design and deliver training on the Sage X3 ERP, focusing on the order management module;
- Conduct training sessions, both in person and remotely, for employees with varying levels of knowledge and skills;
- Develop training materials tailored to different user audiences;
- Provide personalized user support to ensure skill development and optimal adoption of the tool.

**Assistance and Support**:

- Offer post-deployment assistance to help users with daily use of Sage X3;
- Act as the main point of contact for questions and issues related to the order management module;
- Diagnose and resolve difficulties faced by users.

**Documentation and Updates**:

- Write detailed and clear operating procedures for the Sage X3 order management module;
- Keep user documentation and training materials up to date;
- Create practical guides for updates or new modules.

Skills Required

- Knowledge of the Sage X3 ERP and its functionality;
- The ability to design and conduct training with a focus on change management;
- Excellent teaching skills, patience, and the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-specialist audiences;
- Proficiency in English.

- Specific expertise in the Sage X3 order management module;
- Fluency in an additional language such as Polish, Italian, or Spanish;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills (ability to engage with diverse stakeholders).

This role may not meet your expectations if you lack interest in providing strong support to subsidiaries through independent travel during new module deployment phases.
