**Job Description**:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated intern to join our team. You will support the development and partnerships department in seeking and responding to tenders in France and internationally, working closely with the Project Manager in charge of tenders and the Head of Development and Partnerships. You will have a 360 overview of the company’s departments, from Programming and Events, Strategy and Operations, Museography and Interpretation, to Design and Architecture. Your role will allow you to acquire a deep understanding of the professions and expertise represented within our teams. You will work closely with your supervisors to identify the best corporate partners and external experts to create turnkey offers and meet the challenges of the cultural sector. Finally, you will conduct research to support the development of the company's activities in its existing and future markets, drawing on your thoroughness, great learning skills and curiosity.

**Tasks**:
1. Partnerships Development:

- Collaborate with your supervisors to implement the national and international partnership strategy.
- Identify strategic partners, experts, or companies to be integrated into our turnkey offers.
- Participate in planning professional events and conferences, with the aim of promoting the company to potential clients and identifying new intra
- and intersectoral partnership opportunities.

2. Strategic Monitoring and Identification of Tenders:

- Monitor relevant national and international tenders and conduct preliminary research and analysis.
- Identify opportunities that align with our skills and vision.

3. Tender Responses:

- Support the Project Manager and internal teams in managing the productions of internal teams and external partners.

**Profile**:

- Master’s degree in business management and/or cultural management.
- Excellent writing skills and ability to develop methodical, convincing and strategic analyses.
- Proficiency in Office tools, notably Excel and PowerPoint, InDesign will be appreciated.
- Project coordination and organisation skills, rigor and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English; other foreign languages, including French and Arabic, are a plus.
- Initiative, autonomy, and ability to work in a team and communicate.
- Curiosity about strategic development challenges in the cultural sector in emerging markets.
