**Job Description**:
Our future **IT Business Controller** will have to:

- Establish a business partnership with the IT managers/project managers to bring transparency and consolidation of IT costs.
- Ensure the alignment with company strategy.

**Main missions**:

- Act as a finance business partner for all IT topics
- Build and lead the process of budgeting, planning and management of cost (OPEX) and investments (CAPEX)
- Ensure data accuracy of data available in systems
- Validate Month-End accruals and Year-End closing
- Prepare and coordinate the reporting providing monthly analysis of Actuals vs Budget/Forecast/Last Year for the IT costs (running cost & project cost)
- Prepare qualitative commentary obtained through proactive interactions with your business partners located in HQ and in other entities
- Validate the accuracy of the forecast thanks to a global understanding of the key drivers
- Provide relevant information for key decision-making, modelling of financial implications (investment, ROI calculation, risk analysis
- Manage allocations keys and communication to other Brands bringing transparency on allocations and main variances
- Create Financial Dashboards and prepare presentations for the Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews

- _ Agir en tant que partenaire d'affaires financier pour tous les sujets informatiques_
- _ Construire et diriger le processus de budgétisation, de planification et de gestion des coûts (OPEX) et des investissements (CAPEX) :_
- _ Assurer l’exactitude des données disponibles dans les systèmes _
- _Valider les régularisations de fin de mois et la clôture de fin d'année _
- _Préparer et coordonner le reporting en fournissant une analyse mensuelle des résultats réels par rapport au budget/prévisions/coûts informatiques de l'année dernière (coûts de fonctionnement et coûts du projet)_
- _ Préparer des commentaires qualitatifs obtenus grâce à des interactions proactives avec vos partenaires Business situés au siège et dans d'autres entités _
