You are an expert in Demand Planning ?

We have the job for you

Directly reporting to the Supply Chain and Demand Team, our future **Global Demand Planner W/M/O** will work on analysis and forecast for footwear and accessories products.

Our team is starting its journey to improve process and tool. You will be an active player in this changes.

**Your missions**:
**Consolidate and understand market needs**
- Analysing and challenging the forecasts provided by the sales and marketing teams in order to find the right compromise between ambition and inventory risk
- Check that the basic product data is correctly entered in the business software (PLM) to enable the planning process to run smoothly (product review)
- Develop and propose a product prioritization classification in line with the service strategy
- Extract and consolidate market requirements and the order book
- Identify changes in requirements and sales and obtain qualitative information from the sales, marketing and finance teams

**Define the demand plan in line with the expected level of service, while optimizing business opportunities and securing the brand's profitability**:

- Drawing up and periodically communicating the demand plan to all participants in the S&OP process
- Coordinating decision-making and consensus-building around the demand plan and strategic orientations (financial objectives)
- Periodically analyse market trends and warn of any deviations from the previous demand plan (service, inventory)
- Ensure that the demand plan optimizes the sales plan while taking account of the inventorystrategy
- Manage the placement of demand in the planning system, at SKU level (item/colour/size), phased and regionalised

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Master degree in Supply Chain
- **Needed Work Experience : 5 years experienced in Demand Planning**:

- **Foreign Language(s): proficiency in English. **Basic level in French a plus.
- **IT Skills **:Command in Microsoft office, (Advanced excel), knowledge in SAP, JDA and reporting tools (BI, AFO, Qlickview)
- ** Others**: Forecasts, data bases, statistical skill
