In a context of strategic international industrial programs involving significant digital engagement, CEVA opens the IT Business Services Manufacturing Lead position within the global IT organization, reporting to the Manufacturing & Quality Service Delivery Lead.

The IT Business Services Manufacturing Team lead is responsible for the delivery and performance of a product technical platform for the Manufacturing domain:

- To lead industrial program digital stream in coordination with the functional program lead to meet the expectations of its customers in the most cost-efficient manner
- To coordinate the technical activities and product life cycle: setup, evolution, backlog, support, maintenance, upgrades, decommissioning.

**The main areas of responsibility are as follows**:

- Define technical vision for product / domain and evolution roadmap
- Coordinates consistency of resource planning allocation and team activities
- Compliance, methodology, standards, and Quality Assurance
- Security, Cyber and Risk Management

**Define technical vision for product / domain and evolution roadmap**
- Defines and updates technical vision for product / domain in line with CEVA’s Enterprise Architecture strategy
- Works closely with technical leaders from other products to ensure alignment of strategy with the group’s landscape
- Recommends optimizations to deliver most cost-effective and supported solutions through synergies of scale and
- Contributes to IS landscape architecture roadmap to ensure consistency and limit wasteful initiatives

**Delivery, Support and Service performance**
- Ensures product availability meets SLAs and performance requirements agreed with the business teams
- Works with internal teams and vendors to solve technical incidents and implement planned change requests (incident and change management)
- Reviews incidents to perform retro analysis and guarantee non re-occurrence (problem management)
- Ensures technical teams adopt tools and best practices defined by CEVA’s IT department
- Implements software evolution roadmap to comply with the product life cycle (Build, RUN, decommission)

**Coordinates consistency of resource planning allocation and team activities**
- Sizes technical team to meet sprint backlogs requirements and in line with agreed budgets
- Challenges internal resources / vendors to maintain or develop technical skills to meet highest level of requirements

**Compliance**
- Integrates mandatory GxP / Validation regulatory compliance requirements
- Conforms with Internal Control and group IS policies (security, sourcing..)
- Adopts best practices, standards, processes, and metrics to ensure IS services comply with established corporate methodology and quality standards.
- Ensures consistent quality and overall solution performance to meet group requirements.

**Security**
- Integrates security patches within the product backlog to ensure full compliance on a continuous basis
- Applies all security recommendations directed by the group CISO and IT security teams / vendors
- Takes part in security incidents / events implementing rapid mitigation / resolution action
