En rejoignant l’équipe Customer Support, sous la supervision de votre manager, votre rôle sera de certifier des coordonnées bancaires pour le compte de nos clients en France et à l’international.
**Vos missions s’articuleront autour de trois grandes activités**:
- ** Certifier les coordonnées bancaires pour nos clients** : Votre mission sera de vérifier et valider les informations bancaires avec soin. Vous serez garant(e) de la fiabilité des données, tout en travaillant avec les différentes parties prenantes pour prévenir les fraudes.
- **Gérer les demandes entrantes et assurer une relation client de qualité** : Vous serez là pour répondre aux questions, accompagner les clients et faire en sorte qu’ils soient satisfaits à chaque étape de la certification.
- **Participer à des projets pour structurer et améliorer le département** : Que ce soit pour revoir un process ou lancer une nouvelle idée, vous contribuerez à rendre notre équipe encore plus efficace.
**Compétences requises**
- Vous êtes intègre, courtois.e, enthousiaste et savez communiquer de façon claire et précise, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
- Vous êtes autonome, persévérant.e et organisé.e
- Vous maîtrisez l’outil informatique
- **Français courant, anglais et italien niveau professionnel**:
- **La pratique d'une autre langue étrangère serait un plus**

Your tasks will revolve around three main activities:
- Certifying bank details for our customers: Your task will be to carefully check and validate banking information. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of the data, while working with various stakeholders to prevent fraud.
- Managing incoming requests and ensuring high-quality customer relations: You will be there to answer questions, support customers, and ensure their satisfaction at every stage of the certification process.
- Participating in projects to structure and improve the department: Whether reviewing a process or launching a new idea, you will help make our team even more efficient.
Required skills:
- You are honest, courteous, enthusiastic, and able to communicate clearly and precisely, both in writing and orally.
- You are independent, persistent, and organized.
- You are proficient with computers.
- Fluent French, professional level English and Italian.
- Proficiency in another foreign language would be a plus.
