**Finalité du poste**:
En tant que Technicien Contrôle Qualité Germination (H/F) vous participez activement aux activités techniques et administratives du laboratoire UT (tests terreau). Vous êtes le relais du Manager de la partie UT pour la libération des résultats, le développement de la polyvalence et l'amélioration continue.
**Vos Missions**:
Au sein du laboratoire, vos principales missions seront:
- Réaliser la planification quotidienne de l’activité UT en fonction des priorités de nos clients dans le respect des délais fixés
- Ajuster la planification en fonction des compétences de l'équipe et d'imprévus éventuels
- Participer à l'élaboration du planning du week-end conjointement avec votre Manager
- Réaliser des semis, des lectures, transferts et arrosages dans le laboratoire UT
- Participer aux circuits/rings de tests internes & externes
- Assurer la formation des membres de l'équipe pour développer la polyvalence
- Saisie et reporting sur notre logiciel informatique (Starlims) de certaines étapes clés pour l'activité
- Mettre à jour la documentation technique sur Aquarius conjointement avec avec votre Manager
- Contribuer au maintien de nos accréditations internes (NAL, ISTA...)
- Participer au 5S au quotidien dans l'activité du laboratoire
- Etre force de proposition pour l’amélioration continue et la sécurité dans le quotidien de l'activité
- Participer ponctuellement à des réunions (activité, projets en lien avec la planification)
**Ce que nous attendons de vous**:
Savoirs et savoir-faire:
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques
- Excel pour réaliser la planification de l'activité
- Système de gestion des informations, idéalement STARLIMS
- Logiciel gestion documentaire, idéalement Aquarius
- Intérêt et capacité à lire des tests de germination plant utiles, à élever les plants (en conditions serres et chambres climatiques contrôlées) en optimisant les méthodes culturales (arrosages, suivi de cultures...)
- Animation de formations internes de lecture des tests de germination auprès de l'équipe
- Maîtrise des outils de résolution de problème
