The Formula Innovation Research & Development department is looking for a new intern for a 6-month internship in our company **from January 2026 to the end of June 2026**.

**What does this internship involve?**

As part of the R&D team at Filorga Cosmetics Laboratories, you will assist the R&D Formula Project Managers with:

- Participating in the development of new products: analysing marketing briefs, researching active ingredients, drafting formulation briefs, liaising with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Monitoring the submission of new formulas internally and debriefing the relevant parties.
- Monitoring the implementation of developments (innovations and/or reformulations): pilot projects, stability testing, industrial trials, etc.
- Liaising with all internal and external departments: marketing, purchasing, regulatory affairs, quality, etc.
- Monitoring the development schedule and communicating project progress internally
- Monitoring innovative active ingredients, technologies, textures and products: competitor analysis, supplier meetings, ingredient trade shows, reviewing subcontractor trends and innovations, etc.

**Required skills for this position**:

- Scientific background required.
- Strong awareness of the cosmetics market.
- Good knowledge of Google IT tools.
- Ability to synthesize information, organizational skills, dynamism, rigor, autonomy, curiosity, creativity, and responsiveness.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with multiple project managers.
- Previous experience in cosmetics/formulation is a plus.
- Good level of spoken and written English
