GAMING PARTNERSHIP MANAGER WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We are looking for a Gaming Partnership Manager who is passionate about managing and growing partnerships to deepen our relationship and lead value with our most strategic gaming partners. You will bring passion and creativity in engaging with partners across a variety of different industries, but the focus is our relationships with gaming companies looking to partner with our main IP's (like Clone X) and products (our various sneaker drops). Gaming is the future of the NFT market, and we are looking for someone who can help us organize and manage all our projects in this space. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? You will build partnership account plans, lead its execution and be the daily contact for partners managing deliverable timelines, escalations and other tasks that are important to the success of the partnership. Additionally - Guide overall partner success and manage the performance of strategic partnerships - Maintain partner pipelines, prioritize accounts and communicate status to management - Recommend new tools and programs to partners and increase adoption - Develop account plans and work with third-party counterparts to get understanding and set expectations for delivery - Provide quantitative and qualitative reports to improve, optimization, and new ideas for important accounts - Be an expert and bring creativity to how RTFKT can grow its partnerships - Build strategy that supports organizational goals, creating win win situations for both RTFKT and its partners - Work with the Business Development team and cross-functional colleagues including product, marketing, operations, and legal to ensure partner success and achieve defined goals. WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH? Internally, you will be an advocate for our partners and bring the "voice of the partner" to inform cross-functional team discussions and our decisions. You will be working closely with our Co-founder and Head of Partnership, Brand & Strategy as well as our COO.
